Our full claims administration location in Akron, Ohio and is open for business from the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Additionally, we have service offices located in Fort Wayne, IN and Dayton, OH.
